The exclusive Villa Praison villa sits on the crest of Layan headland on the North-West coast of Phuket. Situated in an exclusively private, 7-villa enclave, the property is tended by a full-time Villa Manager, landscaping staff, engineers, and security guards. Villa Praison itself is fully staffed with 3 live-in maids / cooks.
This home is split over 2 levels lending guests superb ocean views from every level. The formal living area is situated on the upper level, near the villa’s main entrance, with views of the ocean and lower level patio and swimming pool. Sharing this level is the Master Bedroom with walk-through wardrobe and luxurious bathroom, and the Kitchen and Tropical Dining room, allowing up to 12 adults to enjoy the lavish Thai meals cooked by villa staff.
The lower level holds the informal (outdoor) living sala, for guests to enjoy the warm, tropical breezes, while sitting on the day-bed, relaxing on a sun-lounger or taking a dip in the infinity pool.
The 3 additional guest rooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) are also situated on this lower floor, allowing guests to walk out of their bedrooms directly to the poolside. Each of these rooms sleeps 2 adults in a King-sized bed. Only a short distance away is the children’s dormitory (to sleep 8 children in 4 bunk beds) and the Games room, equipped with Cable television and Snooker Table.
