Racha Ayara Villa

The Racha Ayara sits nestled within the Ayara Estate set on Phuket’s exclusive Kamala coastline, home to the island’s most extravagant and sought after properties. This zone of elegant villas is home to those wishing privacy and the finest architecture and living elements available in the region.

The Racha Ayara sits on three separate and private levels within this security gated estate. The Upper level presents contemporary Thai inspired pavilions set around the tiled 30 metre long infinity pool and garden landscaping. The pavilions feature traditional Thai hand made ceramic tiles and teak wood floors and are joined by a sand washed floor in all common areas.

At the north end of the pool is the private master villa suite complete with living area, bedroom and Jacuzzi with views over the Andaman sea. Behind the pool is the dining pavilion with an outdoor lounge which can accommodate a large party and at the southern end of the pool is the living room where guests can gather to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The fully equipped kitchen is set behind these main living areas in a pavilion joined by a private library. This is the main living area for the estate. An elevator takes guests down to the Middle level which there are three separate guests’ quarters.
